It was a pleasure getting my hands on a copy of The Hateful Eight screenplay by Quentin Tarantino, prior to watching the movie. It’s one of my new “things” in prepping for a career in writing. I think it’s wise to learn from the best, and to learn how they bring their paper visions to life.
Per his usual writing style, Quentin often breaks his films into parts, each that has a connection to the others. In this version, he brings you along to a critical climactic point, in which he goes back in time to show you the originality of scene setup.
